Connect the Dots when Leading Worship
As worship leaders it's our responsibility to CONNECT THE DOTS for people. Don't assume they know what you're talking about. Don't assume they know (or remember) God's grace, what Jesus has done on the cross, or the fact that God still loves them.
You have 20-30 minutes (however long your section of the service is) to connect the dots for people! Don't miss that amazing opportunity. Just because you're singing four songs in a row about the love of God doesn't mean that the people you're leading will recognize that. So don't just sing it; say it!
Use those precious moment between songs to connect the dots: remind people why we are worshiping God and let them in on the plan that God has for your time together. Don't make them guess!
