It's easy to fall into the trap of thinking people know where you're heading when you lead. You have a plan and you've been thinking about it all week. The problem is, the people you're leading just rolled out of bed, got the kids dressed, and drove to church. They won't know what you're thinking unless you tell them. So let them in on the secret! Tell them the plan! Are you going to be focusing on God's grace? Or God's faithfulness? Let them know!
