I challenge you to give each of your worship team members a compliment after your service tomorrow.

Things get hectic after your worship service ends. You try to rush out to the lobby to talk to someone who hasn't been at church in a while. You have to pack up your gear. There's a million little things that all add up. But in the midst of it all, take a moment to compliment each of your team members.

Let them know you appreciate them. Tell them one thing they did really well while leading. Let that singer know she sounded awesome on the first song she led. Let your guitarist know they nailed the lead line on the opening song. Encourage your team!
