Tomorrow I challenge you to have your transitions written down.

What if you took 10-15 minutes to actually write down what you were going to say in between songs tomorrow?

It's easy to think that the Holy Spirit only works in our spontaneity but what if we accepted the fact that He works in our preparation too! Let the Spirit lead you in the next 10-15 minutes.

First, answer: where do I need a speaking transition in my worship set?

Second, ask: where can I lead people in this moment? God, is there a particular truth you want me to highlight?

Finally, write it down! Write down exactly what you want to say. You don't have to read word for word what you write down but the act of writing it down helps you to formulate your thoughts and will keep you from rambling.
