Relationships are the key to leading worship well.
If you want to improve your worship leading, you have to spend more time getting to know people than you spend "doing things."
So, talk to someone new tomorrow. Get out of your worship team clique. Or your leadership clique. Or your small group clique.
Go find someone new in your church. Introduce yourself.
If it's awkward because they've been coming to your church for the past 3 months and you still haven't talked to them, say, "Hey! I don't think I've had a chance to meet you yet. I'm (insert your name here). What's your name?"
Boom! Now you know them - a relationship blossoms - maybe you get married and have children... just kidding.
Before you lead tomorrow, build a new relationship with someone.
