Saturday Challenge - Communicate the Gospel
I challenge you to specifically communicate the gospel from stage tomorrow.
It's so easy to get wrapped up in song choice and guitar parts and harmonies that we forget to communicate the reason that we're worship.
Allow the gospel to lead your church in worship tomorrow.
Specifically communicate that we are sinners but because of God's great love for us he sent Jesus so that we could be reconnected with him. The only way we can enter into the presence of God is through what Jesus has accomplished.
Sometimes we fall into the trap of thinking that people remember this every time they worship but most people don't. In fact, we're worship leaders and sometimes we forget the way we can worship God.
So when you lead worship, remind yourself and your church of the Gospel.
