I challenge you to remind your team of the "why" before you do anything else tomorrow.
You've heard that you need to remember the "why" when it comes to serving during Easter. And that's good from a personal level. Remember why you are doing what you're doing. Why you've put in so many hours this week. Why you're going to spend every ounce of energy leading your church in worship.
The thing is: if you want to be a leader, you've got to take it one step further. If you want to actually lead your team tomorrow, remind THEM of the "why." Don't just remember it yourself but move your team to a place where they are remembering it as well.
Before rehearsal starts tomorrow morning - before you do anything - take a moment and talk to your team about the "why." Let them know that that is what is going to fuel them. When they feel exhausted - when they feel unworthy - when they feel discouraged - let them know that they can keep going because the "why" is too big to quit.
Remind yourself and remind your team - we are doing this so that people can experience the Jesus that lives!
