I challenge you to pay the volunteers you lead with a volunteer currency tomorrow.
There are 3 types of volunteer currencies:
1 | Time
Be respectful of your volunteers' time. This is what they're volunteering so make sure what they're doing is valuable. If you tell your worship team to be there at 8am to rehearse and set up, make sure you start on time.
2 | Thanks
Leave a note of encouragement in an unexpected place for one of your team members.
3 | Purpose
Let your volunteers know that what they're doing is making a difference. The time they're spending is making an impact!
