For discouraged small church worship leaders… (Video)
The average service attendance in Evangelical Protestant churches is 65 people.
The majority of worship leaders serve in SMALL churches. In fact, that is my target audience for the content I make for Leading Worship Well. (worship leaders in churches under 200 people)
I know you don't have a big worship ministry budget. I know you struggle to find members for your worship team. I know you feel like you can never take a Sunday off because no one else in your church can fill in for you.
How do I know these things about you? Because I serve in a small church too!
That's why, over on the Leading Worship Well YouTube channel, I just released a video called "For discouraged small church worship leaders..."
In the video, I'll share with you 5 things that will keep you encouraged when you feel discouraged in your small church worship ministry. We'll talk about finding more worship team volunteers, the purpose of our church gatherings, being tempted to leave for another church, and the importance of rest.
