Ask someone the question: "What can I do better?" - ask your pastor, another worship team member, someone else in the church. They'll help you see your blind spots.
Most people will not give constructive feedback on their own. Asking this question gives them permission to give you feedback.
It's best to prepare them for the question before you lead. Tell them that you want to improve your worship leading and you would love if, during your worship leading, they would evaluate and give you one thing that you could do better for next time. This gives them time to prepare an answer.
